Hey, I'm Samira.

Coach, entrepreneur, and proof that you can rebuild — no matter how many times life asks you to start over.

My story

My passion for coaching entrepreneurs did not arise by chance. It is rooted in my own lived experience.

Before I became a coach, I was an entrepreneur. As a Leonidas franchisee, I experienced firsthand what it means to run a business. The long days, the staff planning, the inventory management, the constant pressure to meet sales targets… but also: the enormous satisfaction when you see a customer leave with a smile and you see the figures add up at the end of the month. I know the theory, but above all, I know the practice.

That experience has given me unique insight. I saw that success depends not only on a good product or a solid plan, but on the resilience, mindset, and skills of the person at the helm.

That’s why I made a conscious decision to follow my passion. I immersed myself in professional coaching techniques, spent years guiding start-ups and self-employed people in setting up their dream businesses, and honed my experience in retail management.

I’ve faced my share of setbacks in life. At first, I assumed others would simply understand — but I quickly realized that I could only rely on myself, and that I was the only one who could do what was needed to get back on track. From being let go more than once “for being too independent,” to burnout, to standing back in my strength and rebuilding a business that had quietly stalled for years — not because I’d lost ambition, but because outside influence had clouded how I saw it.

That’s more common among the self-employed than we admit. The trick isn’t to push harder; it’s to pause and go back to the basics. Every course or coach you turn to can genuinely help — but if your own inner system isn’t working the way it should, you’ll stay stuck in the same pattern, making the same mistake again and again.

My Philosophy

Why People and Practice Come First

My coaching is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. It is a deeply rooted philosophy that I have developed over the years, based on two pillars:

Real-World Experience: I don’t believe in theories that don’t work on the ground. My advice and coaching are always rooted in the reality of day-to-day operations and the commercial pressures entrepreneurs face. I know the challenges because I’ve lived through them myself.

The Human Factor: Numbers are important, but they are the result of people. A motivated team, a confident entrepreneur—these are the real driving forces behind sustainable success. I focus on developing the person, because they are ultimately the ones who will make the strategy succeed.

This means I always listen to your story, your context, and your ambitions. Together, we build a strategy that is not only ambitious but also achievable and inspiring for everyone involved.
